Bakwan Tersing

Ingredient :


250 grams of cassava, clean, coarse grated
 1/2 young coconut, grated
 75 cc of water
 50 grams of flour
 100 grams of wet fish
 1/2 packs of Royco shrimp flavor
 150 grams of butter, mixed with cooking oil to taste
Spices that are:

 3 eggs hazelnut
 2 tsp coriander
 2 cloves garlic
 3 pieces of red pepper

How to make Bakwan Tersing:

Combine all ingredients and seasonings and stir well.
After the mixture was heated butter and cooking oil, fry the batter one by one until lightly golden brown, remove and drain.
