Ingredients:
  • 1 kg grated cassava
  • ½ coconut grated
  • 1 tsp salt
stuffing:
  • 4 pieces of onion mashed
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 small bowl of soybean cake (oncom), cut into small pieces like dice
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 3 thinly sliced ​​scallions
  • 3 stalks celery sliced ​​thin
seasoning:
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sweet soy sauce
  • sugar to taste (substitute MSG)
How to Make:
  • The main dough: mix the grated cassava, grated coconut, salt, and sugar. Stir until well blended like dough.
  • Dough content: saute onion and garlic until half cooked. Add oncom, salt, pepper, soy sauce, cooking flavoring, chili pepper, onion and celery leaves. Saute until cooked.
  • Take a pingpong ball-sized main dough, flatten the dough and fill with content.
  • Round or oval shape, and fry in hot oil until browned or cooked.
  • Serve while warm dipiring food, can be combined with tomato sauce.
