Ingredients:
- 1 kg grated cassava
- ½ coconut grated
- 1 tsp salt
stuffing:
- 4 pieces of onion mashed
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 small bowl of soybean cake (oncom), cut into small pieces like dice
- 3 thinly sliced scallions
- 3 stalks celery sliced thin
seasoning:
- salt
- pepper
- sweet soy sauce
- sugar to taste (substitute MSG)
How to Make:
- The main dough: mix the grated cassava, grated coconut, salt, and sugar. Stir until well blended like dough.
- Dough content: saute onion and garlic until half cooked. Add oncom, salt, pepper, soy sauce, cooking flavoring, chili pepper, onion and celery leaves. Saute until cooked.
- Take a pingpong ball-sized main dough, flatten the dough and fill with content.
- Round or oval shape, and fry in hot oil until browned or cooked.
- Serve while warm dipiring food, can be combined with tomato sauce.
