Avocado pudding mocha sauce

Pudding Ingredients:
- 300 g avocado pulp, puree.
- 400 ml fresh milk
- 1 packet of jelly white powder.
- 150 g sugar - ½ tsp vanilla powder
- A little green dye.
Moka Sauce:
- 500 ml fresh milk.
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
- 100 g dark cooking chocolate, cut into small pieces.
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
How to make:
- Avocado Pudding: ripe avocado, milk, gelatin, sugar and vanilla to a boil.
- Remove and stir until the steam is lost. Give a little coloring and stir well.
- Pour into serving glasses. Allow it to freeze. (Can be put in the freezer for quick frozen or hardened)
- Moka Sauce: cook the milk, coffee, chocolate and brown sugar until dissolved.
- Stir in egg yolks and cornstarch until blended, give the batter a little milk and stir well.
- Pour the batter into the milk and cook until thick and boiling.
- Remove and cool.
- Pour the finished sauce mocha pudding onto avocado which has hardened or frozen.
- Avocado Pudding Moka Sauce recipe is ready to be enjoyed simply for making an avocado puddingmocha sauce 6 cups only.
