Goat Roast Ribs

Ingredients:

 Rack of lamb, 400 grams, cleaned
 Pineapple, 1/4 fruit, grated
 Soy sauce, 25 ml
 Margarine, 100 grams

 Goat Roast spices Iga:

 Garlic, 4 cloves
 Red onion, 3 eggs
 Red pepper, 2 pieces
 Salt, to taste
 Granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon
 Coriander, 1/2 teaspoon, roasted
 Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon, roasted


Complement:

 Soy sauce
 White rice
 Cucumber
 Cabbage
 Tomatoes
 Curly lettuce

How to cook ribs Goat Roast:

 Mix the rack of lamb, spices, crushed pineapple and soy sauce. Stir well. Allow the mixture ribs for about 35 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
 Roast the ribs on the grill while smeared with margarine and remaining spices until cooked and browned.  Lift (to be mature flat, while grilling ribs should be frequently reversed).
 Serve ribs with accessories.
