Mie Salad

Ingredients : 

1 piece pempek lenjer
1 cucumber, chopped
1 out of China, fried, cut into pieces
3 tablespoons dried shrimp powder
150 g of glass noodles, pour warm water
Oil for frying
250 g of wet noodles, pour warm water, drained
Cuko to taste


How to make :

Take pempek lenjer.
Cut into small pieces and fry for a while not to yellow.
Drain
Take the pieces out, cooking, remove and drain.
Prepare a serving plate. Place the wet noodles, glass noodles, fried tofu chunks and pieces of fried lenjer pempek.
Flush with cuko, then sprinkle with powdered dried shrimp and cucumber.
Serve.
