Rice Uduk

Ingredient :
400 grams of rice
500 ml of liquid milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 bay leaves
2 stalks lemongrass
Peanut sauce :
100 gram fried peanuts
5 pieces of red chili sauce
4 pieces of red pepper curls
½ tsp salt
1 teaspoon brown sugar, sliced
1 tbsp tamarind water
150 ml of boiled water
Complement :
fried onions
Fried anchovies
Dadar rawis
Fried peanuts
fried chips
HOW TO MAKE :
steamed rice until half cooked (about 20 minutes), remove from heat. Place in a saucepan and set aside.
cook coconut milk, salt, bay leaves and lemon grass until mndidih. Remove, then pour into the rice. Cook over low heat while stirring until the milk is absorbed finished, remove from heat.
rice steamed until soft and fragrant, remove from heat and serve with peanut sauce and complement.
peanut sauce: puree all ingredients, then dilute with warm water.
