Ingredient :


 A weight of 1 kg chicken, remove fat skin, flesh and bone.
 1 clove garlic puree
 1 tablespoon butter
 2 tablespoons lemon juice
 10-15 pcs skewers that have soaked

Spices:

 100 gr fried peanut
 5 pcs red chilli
 1 onion
 3 cloves garlic
 5 egg toasted hazelnuts
 2 tablespoons brown sugar
 salt

Stir-fry-an ingredient:

 Chicken fat
 Vegetable oil
 4 tablespoons soy sauce
 200 ml of water

Presentation materials:

 Lime
 Soy sauce
 Pickles
 rice cake or rice
 fried onions

How to make:

 1. 2 x 3 cm pieces of chicken (or to taste)
 2. Arrange the meat and 1 piece of fat per skewer or her skin.
 3. Mix the garlic and 2 tablespoons water and lemon lumurin to meat that has been on the skewer, let's 
      approximately 1 hour.
 4. Heat the chicken fat in the pan, let it out until the oil and oil inputs.
 5. Once hot, add spice paste and stir well.

 7. Blend 2 tablespoons peanut sauce + 2 + 2 tablespoons soy sauce tablespoons lemon juice, then lumurin

 8. For the sauce or satay sauce, combine 3 tablespoons peanut sauce + 1 tbsp soy sauce and lime juice
     lemon.
 9. Serve skewers that have been burned with gravy or sauce and complement its other two.
