Chocolate milk pudding

Ingredients :
- Agar-agar powder cocoa, 2 packs
- Sugar, 100 grams
- Milk chocolate liquid, 600 ml
- Chocolate cook thick, 100 gram, melted
- Pasta chocolate, 1 teaspoon
- Salt, to taste
For the sauce :
- Liquid Milk, 250 ml
- Maize flour, 1 teaspoon
- Sugar, 50 grams
- Salt, to taste
- Vanilla powder, 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg yolks, 1 egg, beaten
How To Make :
Mix gelatin, sugar, milk, and salt. Stir well and simmer over medium heat until boiling, stirring frequently so as not to rupture.
Enter the dark cooking chocolate, and cook until the chocolate has dissolved. Remove and add the chocolate pasta and stir well.
Pour boiling jelly into a mold that has been soaked in water. Freeze.
Sauce: Boil the milk, cornstarch, sugar, salt and vanilla to a boil. Take 1 tablespoon vegetable stew milk, pour in the egg yolk. Stir well.
Pour yolk mixture back into the boiling milk. Boil and boil until thick, stirring frequently. Remove and let cool.
Remove the pudding from the mold and serve pudding with vanilla sauce.
