Black Pepper Goat

Ingredients :

·         Young goat meat, 400 grams, cut into 3 cm cubes, boil until tender with lemon grass
·         Potatoes, 300 grams, cut a beam size of 1.5 × 1.5 × 4 cm, fry until golden yellow
·         Minced garlic, 1 tbsp
·         Onion, cut so 4 sections, freelance sections
·         Soy sauce, 4 tablespoons
·         Chili sauce, 2 tablespoons
·         Pepper / black pepper, 1 Tbsp, roughly crushed
·         Tomatoes are, 1 fruit, slivered 6 parts
·         Royco beef, 1 packet
·         Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
·         Granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon
·         Water, 300 ml
·         Cooking oil, 3 tablespoons


How to cook Black Pepper Goat:

 Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant.
 Enter the onions, chili sauce and soy sauce. Stir until onions are wilted.
 Enter the lamb, mix well, pour the water and bring to a boil.
 Season with Royco beef, salt and sugar.
 Enter the fried potatoes and black pepper. Cook over low heat until sauce is shrinking. Enter the tomatoes,  stir briefly, remove and serve.
