Sambal Bajak

Ingredients:

 Red pepper, 200 grams, seeded, cut into rough
 Curly red pepper, 50 grams, cut into rough


Seasoning Sauce:

 Shrimp paste, 2 tablespoons
 Ebi, 75 gram, brewed with hot water
 Hazelnut, 5 points
 Lemongrass, 6 stems, discard the hard, leaving the  inside is white, thinly sliced
 Bay leaves, 3 pieces
 Brown sugar, 50 grams or to taste
 Salt, to taste
 Tamarind water, 1 tablespoon
 Cooking oil, 2 tablespoons
 Sufficient water


How to make Pirate Special Sauce:

 Puree all ingredients except the bay leaves and lemon grass. Enter the red chili, puree again.
 Heat oil and sauté ground spices, bay leaves and lemon grass until fragrant. If you need to give a little water  and continue sambai jerangkan spices really cook, to avoid unpleasant odors. Remove and serve.
