Gudeg (YOGYAKARTA)

Ingredients:


 200 grams of beans Tolo
 1 liter of liquid milk
 500 g young jackfruit, sliced
 Puree
 8 red onions
 5 cloves garlic
 1 tablespoon coriander
 6 hazelnuts
 Teaspoon salt
 4 cm ginger, crushed
 5 bay leaves
 3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
 100 grams of brown sugar, sliced
 250 ml thick coconut milk


How to make Gudeg:

 Tolo roasted beans, and boil until half cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
 liquid boiled coconut milk to a boil, then enter the water boiled beans along Tolo.
 enter the young jackfruit, ground spices, ginger, bay leaves, lemon grass, brown sugar, and coconut milk.  Cover the pan tightly and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
 after the dressing dry and reddish jackfruit, remove and serve.

 For 5 people

 Tip: The recipe above is the most practical way to make warm. When cooking warm, cover the pan not too  often opened (only two times when it will turn warm)
