Green Chicken Curry Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 75 g onions, chopped
- 500 g chicken, cut into 2x4 cm
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 100 g green beans, cut into 3 cm
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 25 g sugar

Green Chicken Curry Seasoning, puree:
- 5 pieces of green chili
- 2 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 4 grains of red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cm galangal
- 2 stalks coriander leaves, cut
- 3 cm roots and stems
- 1 sheet duan orange, thinly sliced
- 1 stalk lemongrass, white part, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp shrimp paste
- 1 tsp coriander
- ½ tsp fennel
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
How to make Green Chicken Curry:
- Heat oil and saute onions until wilted and fragrant.
- Enter the spices, stirring until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces, stirring until stiff and white in color.
- Pour the coconut milk, and cook until boiling.
- Enter the other seasonings, stir until boiling.
- Add beans. Cook until completely cooked and the sauce has thickened.
- Remove, sprinkle with cilantro. Serve.
